A near-perfect cozy getaway

I spent the night with a lovely view from my spacious room. The hotel staff greeted me warmly. Nearby dining options were good.

The hot tub was a fantastic bonus for relaxation, giving us a perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with the family and our elderly parents.

My children wished there were more activities for families.

Check-in was smooth, and the room had a spacious layout complemented by comfy beds. A few amenities, including the pool size and temperature, could use improvement. The good service from the staff definitely enhanced the experience.

Had a nice two-room suite on the 7th floor with clean surroundings and comfy beds. Really enjoyed the swimming pool area, where the kids had a blast. The lighting in the bathroom felt pretty dim, and there wasn't enough counter space, especially with a family getting ready for a dance competition. The front desk often went unattended. I waited over 5 minutes just to buy something at the market. Didn't get to see staff during my numerous visits to the lobby, made things awkward. I'd still choose to stay here again due to the room's comfort and the fun pool.

The spot is fantastic as it's just a brief stroll from City Hall, making it absolutely perfect.
